Sound Mind & Whole Body offers a variety of services for those seeking to create better health naturally. We can testify that there is a cure for every disease. Our desire is to share all that we have learned with others through one-on-one counseling and group classes. We continue to maintain wellness and wholeness using herbs, nutritional supplements, diet, and other natural means.
Nutritional Consultation
A 90-minute, one-on-one health consultation designed to address your health concerns. We investigate the background of those concerns, examine food and nutrition patterns, stress levels and activity levels. An extensive personal history is taken and may be complemented with Voice Bio Analysis, Compass assessment, applied kinesiology, etc. Suggestions will be made for lifestyle changes and an herbal/supplement program. Cost: $95.00
Nutrient Survey
Complete and submit the Nutrient Survey Questionnaire via email. Your answers will be evaluated and you will receive a customized report ranking 28 areas of your body including vitamin and mineral deficiencies, major body system malfunctions, Candida and parasite involvement, and even fat utilization. For areas of your body that show severe or moderate problems a list of herbs and vitamins which have been shown to improve those particular areas will be included in your Nutrient Survey report.
